This program is for Landed Immigrants (within the past 10 years). The maximum loan value is $2M, borrowing up to 75% of property value (the lesser of the purchase price or appraisal price is the property value)

Requirements

That the loan be for:

Purchases & switches only
Owner occupied & investment properties are acceptable

Documentation

1. Personal financial statement
2. Copy of Landed Immigrant papers
3. Verification of non-borrowed down-payment
4. Full property appraisal
5. Satisfactory bank reference from home country
6. Completed mortgage application
